Job Description
We are hiring a sincere and organized Backend Operations & Accounts Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Basic accounting (Tally knowledge preferred)
- Preparing lease agreements, police verification documents, and brokerage bills
- Following up for brokerage collections
- Raising rent and maintenance bills
- Maintaining tenant ledgers
- Coordinating maintenance payments and handling office documentation
Requirements:
- Graduate (Commerce preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and MS Word
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Freshers are welcome to apply
