Job Objective – Billing Supervisor (Home Healthcare)

The Billing Supervisor is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant billing operations within the Home Healthcare organization. The role involves managing end-to-end billing processes, verifying service-based billing entries, monitoring vendor payment records, and maintaining high standards of financial accuracy across all transactions.

The incumbent will work extensively with Tally and Advanced Excel to generate, reconcile, and analyze billing and accounting data. Responsibilities include cross-checking invoices against services rendered, validating rates and pricing structures, identifying discrepancies in raw operational data, and ensuring all customer and vendor entries are correctly recorded and processed.

The Billing Supervisor will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining MIS reports for management review, tracking billing performance metrics, supporting accounts reconciliation, and coordinating with operations, finance, pharmacy, and procurement teams to resolve billing issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy. Experience in healthcare, hospital billing, or service industry billing environments will be preferred. The role requires a proactive approach to process improvement, data validation, and ensuring smooth revenue cycle management.
