Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and disciplined Lift Operator to ensure the safe and smooth operation of elevators within the premises. The candidate will assist passengers, monitor lift functionality, and report any technical issues to the maintenance team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor lifts as per safety guidelines.
• Assist residents, visitors, and staff in using the elevator safely.
• Ensure lifts are functioning properly throughout the shift.
• Monitor passenger movement and prevent overloading of elevators.
• Report any malfunction, unusual noise, or technical issues immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene inside the lift cabin and surrounding area.
• Follow all safety and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team during breakdowns or repairs.
• Maintain a courteous and professional attitude towards occupants and visitors.
• Ensure smooth elevator operations during peak hours.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: Class 10th / 12th Pass.
• Prior experience as a Lift Operator, Security Guard, or Facility Staff preferred.
• Freshers may also apply.
• Basic understanding of lift safety procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work in shifts.
