Job Description

Core Responsibilities


1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifying and contacting potential clients through networking, referrals, and digital presence to expand the customer base.

2. Need Assessment: Interviewing clients to understand their financial status, lifestyle, and long-term goals (e.g., retirement, child education).

3. Product Recommendation: Explaining various life insurance products—such as term plans, savings plans, and ULIPs—and customising them to bridge protection gaps.

4. Sales Execution: Guiding clients through the application, documentation, and KYC processes to issue new policies.

5. Customer Relationship Management: Providing ongoing support, including policy renewals, servicing updates, and assisting nominees during the claim settlement process.
