Job Description
We are looking for 2 Business Development Executives (International Process). We are currently looking for a passionate, confident, and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing organization. The candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s international client base, generating quality business opportunities, and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling international students and clients, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while consistently achieving monthly targets. Candidates with experience in dealing with international students or education-related clients will be given additional preference.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and communicate professionally with international clients regarding company services and business opportunities.
- Identify potential clients through effective market research, data collection, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Follow up with potential leads regularly and convert them into successful business opportunities.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions, follow-ups, and business progress.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly business development and sales targets.
- Research international markets and identify new growth opportunities for the business.
- Contribute ideas and strategies to improve business development processes and client acquisition.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain high standards of communication and client servicing.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in handling international clients is mandatory.
- Experience in handling international students or education-related clients will be considered a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, data collection, and client acquisition processes.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure and achieve monthly targets.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and eagerness to learn and grow.
