Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales and scale our user base. In this role, you will be the bridge between technology and the legal profession. Your primary responsibility will be connecting with independent advocates, law firms, and legal professionals to sell our specialized legal tech software, custom website design packages, and targeted digital marketing services.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Inside Sales: Identify, prospect, and pitch to lawyers, senior advocates, and law firms across India to sell software solutions and digital services.
  • Product & Service Presentation: Conduct online demos of our legal tech products, showcasing how they streamline case management, documentation, and practice operations.
  • Digital Agency Selling: Consult with legal professionals to understand their branding needs, pitching tailored website design and SEO/digital marketing strategies to help them build an online presence.
  • End-to-End Sales Pipeline: Manage the entire sales cycle from cold outreach, lead qualification, and software demonstrations to negotiation and closing.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets for both product subscriptions and service contracts.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong post-sale relationships with clients to ensure smooth onboarding, high retention, and opportunities for upselling.
  • What We Are Looking ForEducation: Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or Law (LLB/Integrated Law graduates with a passion for sales are highly encouraged to apply).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven track record in B2B sales, SaaS sales, IT product sales, or digital marketing agency sales.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages like Bengali is an advantage).
  • Consultative Selling Approach: Ability to understand the unique, sensitive nature of the legal profession and pitch solutions that respect legal ethics while driving business value.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM tools, showcasing software interfaces, and explaining fundamental web development and SEO concepts to non-technical clients.
