Job Description
Job Summary:-
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new customers, and building a strong distribution network for Tata AIA Life Insurance products. The role focuses on lead generation, relationship management, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:-
Generate leads through field work, referrals, and digital platforms
Acquire new customers and promote life insurance products
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable plans
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Recruit and support financial advisors/agents (if required)
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions
