The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering an excellent in-store experience, assisting customers with their purchases, and promoting our range of products effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, a presentable personality, and a passion for retail sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Maintain thorough knowledge of store products and offerings
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
• Ensure proper display and organization of merchandise
• Assist in billing and store operations as required
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships

Eligibility Criteria:

• Female candidates only
• Must be fluent in Hindi, English, and Bengali
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be confident and promising in customer-facing roles
• Prior retail experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Candidates with a background or familiarity in saree retail will have an added advantage
