Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive / Manager (BDE/MNG) to expand market presence, generate leads, and drive revenue growth across Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.


🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and generate new business opportunities in assigned territory.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
  3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  5. Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates.
  6. Travel across Kolkata mention territory for client meetings.
  7. Develop local market understanding and partnerships.

🧠 Experience

  1. 6 months to 1 years in sales/business development(FMCG Industry).
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Sales-driven mindset

Compensation: Up to 30000k

  • Local language (Hindi/Bengali) proficiency.
  • Two-wheeler preferred
