Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand our customer base in the Behala region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers and generate business through leads and references
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Drive sales of life insurance products and achieve monthly targets
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of advisors
- Conduct field sales activities and market visits
- Ensure excellent customer service and policy retention
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–4 years of sales experience (insurance/finance preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Salary: ₹4 – ₹6 LPA + Incentives
