Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Company: Kotak Life Insurance

Location: Behala, Kolkata

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand our customer base in the Behala region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers and generate business through leads and references
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Drive sales of life insurance products and achieve monthly targets
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of advisors
  • Conduct field sales activities and market visits
  • Ensure excellent customer service and policy retention

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–4 years of sales experience (insurance/finance preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

Salary: ₹4 – ₹6 LPA + Incentives
