Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Field Sales Executive or Business Development manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and closing sales in the assigned territory. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a strong passion for achieving targets.

• Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits
• Meet clients, give product/service presentations, and understand customer needs
• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets as assigned
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers for repeat business
• Prepare and submit sales reports and customer feedback regularly
• Travel within assigned territory to conduct cold calls and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, or promotional activities (if needed)
• Requirements:Minimum Graduate in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales (industry-specific experience preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or sales apps/tools (preferred)
