Job Profile - Business Development & Branch Manager
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Revenue Generation
- Take ownership of branch sales and business growth.
- Achieve monthly revenue and customer acquisition targets.
- Identify opportunities to increase branch revenue.
- Generate repeat business from existing customers.
- Develop local marketing initiatives to increase customer acquisition.
- Build relationships with residential societies, apartments, offices, and local businesses.
Local Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute local offline marketing activities.
- Conduct leaflet distribution campaigns and local promotions.
- Organize society activations and customer awareness activities.
- Build partnerships with housing societies, corporate offices, gyms, salons, and other local businesses.
- Ensure continuous lead generation and conversion.
Customer Relationship Management
- Deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to improve retention.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
Branch Operations Management
- Manage complete day-to-day branch operations.
- Ensure smooth pickup and delivery processes.
- Coordinate effectively with the central processing plant.
- Maintain service quality standards and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all orders are processed and delivered within committed timelines.
- Monitor branch productivity and operational performance.
Team Management
- Lead and manage riders and branch staff.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor execution.
- Ensure riders complete pickups and deliveries on time.
- Maintain discipline, accountability, and performance standards.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Train and motivate team members to achieve branch goals.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track branch performance and key business metrics.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Monitor customer acquisition, retention, revenue, and operational KPIs.
- Provide regular updates to management on branch performance and growth initiatives.
