Job Description
This role requires someone who is proactive, comfortable meeting people regularly, and capable of building strong professional relationships within the architecture and interior design community. The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, setting up meetings, presenting our products, and managing the entire sales process while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. This is a highly active role that involves frequent meetings, follow-ups, and continuous relationship building.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
• Identify and connect with architects, interior designers, and potential clients in the city
• Schedule and conduct meetings to introduce RasaHaus products and capabilities
• Build and maintain relationships with design studios, consultants, and developers
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Track leads, meetings, and conversions systematically Client Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process
• Understand project requirements and recommend appropriate products or solutions
• Coordinate with the internal team on pricing, specifications, and timelines
• Manage negotiations and assist in closing orders
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure smooth client engagement Brand Representation
• Represent professionally in meetings, presentations, and industry interactions
• Invite architects and designers to visit the experience centre when relevant
• Contribute to building long-term partnerships with design professionals and repeat client
Who We’re Looking For
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident meeting and interacting with professionals and clients
• Highly proactive and comfortable with an on-ground, relationship-driven role
• Organized and capable of managing multiple leads and follow-ups
• Fluency in spoken and written English Candidates with prior experience in sales, business development, or the architecture/interior design industry will be preferred, particularly those who already have relationships within the local design community. Compensation Structure This role offers a compensation structure that combines a base salary with a strong performance-based incentive component. The structure is designed to reward initiative, lead generation, and successful sales conversions.
