Job Description
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, references, and market research.
- Identify and acquire enterprise clients for SMS Gateway, WhatsApp API, Voice, OTP, CRM, Contact Center, and Digital KYC solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable communication solutions.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiations, and closure of deals.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams for smooth onboarding and project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates regularly.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with internal departments including Technical, Accounts, and Operations teams.
- Work with one of India’s growing enterprise messaging and cPaaS brands.
- Exposure to large corporate and BFSI clients.
- Innovative products including DigiKey Digital KYC Solutions.
- Strong technical ecosystem with API-driven platforms.
- Collaborative and growth-focused work culture.
