Job Description

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, references, and market research.
  • Identify and acquire enterprise clients for SMS Gateway, WhatsApp API, Voice, OTP, CRM, Contact Center, and Digital KYC solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable communication solutions.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, negotiations, and closure of deals.
  • Coordinate with technical and support teams for smooth onboarding and project execution.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates regularly.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including Technical, Accounts, and Operations teams.
