Camera Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer cum Cameraman who can shoot high-quality videos for social media, product promotions, interviews, testimonials, clinic content, awareness videos, reels, YouTube videos, and brand campaigns.

The candidate should have good camera handling skills, a strong sense of framing, lighting, storytelling, and basic video production knowledge. He should be able to shoot both indoor and outdoor content professionally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shoot professional videos for Dantura Botanics products, Save Medha Foundation activities, patient testimonials, interviews, campaigns, and social media content.
2. Handle camera, tripod, gimbal, lights, microphone, and other shooting equipment properly.
3. Capture high-quality video with proper framing, focus, exposure, lighting, and audio.
4. Shoot reels, short videos, YouTube videos, product videos, clinic videos, interviews, public opinion videos, and event coverage.
5. Work with the creative team to understand the script, scene requirement, and visual style.
6. Suggest creative camera angles, shots, transitions, and storytelling ideas during shooting.
7. Maintain video quality suitable for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, website, and advertisements.
8. Ensure proper lighting setup for product shoots, interviews, and indoor clinic videos.
9. Record clear audio using lapel mic/shotgun mic and check sound quality during shooting.
10. Organize and safely store video files after every shoot.
11. Coordinate with video editors and provide proper footage, shot notes, and reference clips.
12. Travel to different locations when required for shoot assignments.
13. Maintain camera equipment and report any technical issues immediately.

Required Skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras
• Knowledge of Sony/Canon/Nikon cameras
• Experience in health, wellness, product, documentary, or interview shoots
• Basic editing knowledge will be an added advantage
• Experience with YouTube and Instagram content production
• Drone operation knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory

Qualification

• Minimum Higher Secondary / Graduate preferred
• Diploma or certification in videography, cinematography, media, or film production will be preferred
• Practical experience is more important than degree

Experience

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in videography, camera operation, social media shoots, event shoots, product shoots, or interview shoots.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on skill, experience, and practical performance.

Selection Process

Candidates may be asked to shoot a short test video, such as:

• Product advertisement video
• Interview setup video
• Testimonial video
• Reels-style short video
• Outdoor public opinion video

Selection will be based on camera handling, framing, lighting, audio quality, creativity, and overall video presentation.
