Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and local market activities.
- Meet monthly CASA acquisition targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Explain banking products and services to prospective customers.
- Cross-sell products such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, and other financial solutions.
- Ensure proper completion of KYC and account opening documentation.
- Coordinate with branch staff for smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintain daily sales reports and activity records.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after account opening.
