- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve different types of chaats and Indian street food items.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion size.
- Prepare chutneys, masalas, toppings, fillings, and pre-preparation items.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation area.
- Monitor ingredient freshness and stock levels.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
- Follow food safety and company SOPs.
- Maintain cooking equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Innovate and suggest new menu items or seasonal specials.
- Handle rush-hour service efficiently.
