  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve different types of chaats and Indian street food items.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion size.
  • Prepare chutneys, masalas, toppings, fillings, and pre-preparation items.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation area.
  • Monitor ingredient freshness and stock levels.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
  • Follow food safety and company SOPs.
  • Maintain cooking equipment and report maintenance needs.
  • Innovate and suggest new menu items or seasonal specials.
  • Handle rush-hour service efficiently.
