📌 Job Title: Client Relationship Executive
📍 Location: M.N Chatterjee Road, Chandni Chowk, Kolkata
🎓 Qualification: Minimum Graduate
💼 Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle client communication and maintain healthy client relationships
- Understand client requirements and provide proper support/service
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of client queries
- Follow up with clients regarding ongoing services and feedback
- Maintain proper records of client interactions and updates
- Build long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention

- Presentable and professional attitude
⏰ Working Days: Monday – Saturday
