Client Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE), you will be the face and voice of our Ather showroom. Your primary mission is to ensure every walk-in, caller, and prospective buyer receives a world-class hospitality experience. From managing the initial inquiry and scheduling test rides to assisting with documentation and gathering post-sales feedback, you will play a vital role in building lasting relationships with our community of EV owners.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Relations: Welcome walk-in customers to the showroom with warmth and professionalism, guiding them to the right product specialists.
• Inquiry & Lead Management: Handle incoming phone calls, web inquiries, and social media leads. Follow up promptly to schedule test rides and showroom visits.
• Customer Journey Support: Assist customers through the buying process, including explaining financing options, collecting necessary documentation, and coordinating delivery timelines.
• Feedback & Retention: Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, address any initial concerns, and encourage referrals and online reviews.
• Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer details, interactions, and feedback.
• Grievance Redressal: Be the first point of contact for customer complaints, resolving issues efficiently or escalating them to the Sales Manager when necessary.
