Job Description

Machine Setup & Operation: Load raw materials, set cutting tools, and operate CNC machines (e.g., mills, lathes, routers) to fabricate parts.

Blueprint Interpretation: Read and analyze technical drawings, schematics, and work orders to determine dimensions and machining requirements.

Programming: Enter or modify pre-written code (like G-code) and make operational adjustments (such as offsets and tool geometry).

Quality Control: Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure they meet exact tolerances.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine machine upkeep (e.g., cleaning, lubrication, changing worn parts) and troubleshoot hardware or software issues.
