Counter Sales Executive

About the Role

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused Inside Sales & Service Executives for

retail operations. The role involves assisting walk-in customers, explaining products

and services, handling sales inquiries, and coordinating with the installation/service

team.

Key Responsibilities

Attend and assist walk-in customers at the retail store.

Explain products and services to customers.

Generate leads and support sales conversion activities.

Handle billing and basic documentation processes.

Coordinate with installation and service teams for customer support.

Maintain customer records and follow-ups.

Ensure proper product display and store coordination.

Support daily store operations and customer engagement activities.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.

Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge preferred.

Sales-oriented attitude with willingness to learn.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Prior experience in retail sales, electrical products, or customer service

preferred.

Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Candidates residing near Bongaon or Sodpur preferred.
