Customer Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable immigration programs.
• Provide accurate information about visa processes, documentation, and timelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the process.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of client interactions in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications
• This is a client-facing role, requiring candidates to maintain a professional and polished demeanour at all times

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (candidates who have completed graduation will be preferred)
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written is mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Basic understanding of immigration/visa processes (preferred but not mandatory)
• Well-groomed and professional appearance suitable for a client-facing role
• Strong personal presence and confidence in interactions
• Ability to present oneself professionally in meetings and client conversations
• High level of professional etiquette and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in BBA, Hotel Management(B.H.M), MBA, or PGDM, Aviation or Travel and Tourism Management will be preferred
• Prior experience in immigration consultancy, travel, or sales industry (added advantage)
• Multilingual abilities (a plus)
