Job Description
Uptownie is a fast-growing Indian Gen Z fashion brand. We're looking for a sharp, customer-obsessed CS Manager to own our support operations end-to-end.
What you'll do:
Manage and mentor a small CS team handling 1000+ daily queries across chat, email, and social
Own resolution SLAs for order tracking, returns, exchanges, and complaints
Work closely with our logistics partners (Shiprocket, Unicommerce) to resolve escalations fast
Identify repeat issues and feed them back to ops/product to fix root causes
Set up and refine automation workflows to reduce manual ticket volume
What we're looking for:
2–4 years in customer service, ideally in D2C fashion or e-commerce
Comfortable with support tools (Freshdesk, Gorgias, or similar)
Data-driven — you track CSAT, resolution time, and first-response rate without being asked
Calm under pressure, decisive, and obsessed with getting customers to "wow"
Bonus: experience with Shopify and/or Contlo/SuperAGI automation
