Job Description
💼 Role: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
Salary & Benefits
💰 CTC: ₹1.75 LPA – ₹2.75 LPA (Based on experience, communication skills, and assessment performance)
💵 In-Hand Salary: 15K -18 K
Work Schedule
🕒 Shift: 24×7 Rotational Shifts (9 Hours)
📅 Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off per Week
🚕 Cab Facility: One-side cab support during odd hours
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply)
✔ Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
✔ Minimum qualification: 10+2 or above
✔ Comfortable working in rotational shifts
✔ Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support through voice interactions.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Assist customers with order-related queries, deliveries, refunds, replacements, and account-related concerns.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
