Job Title: Customer Support & Online Sales Executive

Location: Kolkata (On-site, Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement
  • Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media inquiries.
  • Provide product information, pricing, availability, and order status updates.
  • Offer styling or fabric suggestions to enhance customer experience.
  • Online Sales & Order Management
  • Convert leads from social media, website, and marketplaces into confirmed sales.
  • Assist customers with order placement, payment, and delivery tracking.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely dispatch.
  • Digital Interaction
  • Conduct live video calls, virtual shopping sessions, and product demonstrations.
  • Support social media sales initiatives (Instagram/Facebook/WhatsApp).
  • Customer Feedback & Reporting
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and sales in Excel/CRM.
  • Collect feedback to help improve products and service.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in Commerce/Business/Fashion/Textiles or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, e-commerce, or retail sales (textiles/fashion preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; Bengali is a plus.
  • Comfortable with video calls, WhatsApp Business, Instagram/Facebook, and basic MS Office/Excel.
  • Strong customer-centric attitude, patience, and problem-solving abilities.

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience & performance).
