Client Support & Content Assistant

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and reliable individual to join our team as a Client Support & Content Assistant. This role involves handling client communication, managing leads, supporting daily operations, and assisting with content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 30–40 outbound calls daily to clients/leads
• Follow up with existing and potential clients regularly
• Manage and organize leads (tracking, updates, status follow-ups)
• Prepare and share quotations with clients
• Assist in testing websites and reporting basic issues
• Handle day-to-day office tasks and coordination
• Create short-form video content (reels) for daily office activities
• Edit videos (training and guidance will be provided)
• Maintain records of client communication and progress

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (spoken and written)
• Comfortable making frequent calls and client follow-ups
• Basic understanding of sales/lead management
• Interest in social media and content creation (Instagram reels, etc.)
• Willingness to learn video editing
• Organized, responsible, and proactive attitude

Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
• Familiarity with basic website usage/testing
