Job Description
- Outbound Sales & Consultation: Initiate outbound calls to warm leads and customer inquiries, effectively explaining the health benefits, usage, and value of our protein supplement range.
- Order Verification & RTO Management: Proactively contact customers to confirm cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, verify exact shipping addresses, and actively work to minimize Return to Origin (RTO) rates.
- CRM Management: Accurately record and update all customer interactions, lead statuses, and follow-up schedules within our internal CRM software (e.g., TeleCRM, Zoho).
- Customer Support: Address customer queries regarding product ingredients, pricing, combo offers, and delivery timelines with professionalism and empathy.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily call volume metrics and monthly sales conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Native or exceptional fluency in spoken Bengali is strictly required to effectively communicate with our target demographic. Working knowledge of English and Hindi is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer support, preferably within the e-commerce, D2C, or pharmaceutical/wellness industries.
- Communication Skills: Strong persuasive abilities and active listening skills, with a natural talent for building rapport over the phone.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating sales dashboards, CRM platforms, and WhatsApp Business tools.
- Personal Attributes: Target-driven, resilient, and highly organized.
