Deputy Sales Manager – Tele Sales Team Handling (Immediate Joiner)

We are looking for a result-oriented Deputy Sales Manager to lead and manage our Tele Sales / Inside Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and manage the Tele Sales / Inside Sales team
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Monitor call quality, team KPIs, and conversions
• Coach team on pitching, objection handling, and closing
• Coordinate with marketing for better lead management
• Maintain reports, discipline, and sales workflow

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in handling Tele Sales / Inside Sales teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and performance-focused mindset
• Confident, professional, and presentable personality
• Experience in Agri-Tech / SaaS / Automotive / Digital Sales is a plus
