Dealing with High rise residential project marketing & Interior designing firm.

Key Responsibilities: ( For experience holder).

Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote Real Estate Properties and Interior Project services across various platforms (website, social media, email marketing, etc.).

Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube by creating engaging content, posting updates, and interacting with followers. Design high-quality graphics and videos for social media platforms.

SEO & SEM: Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) and manage paid advertising campaigns Likes Magickbricks, 99 Acres, Housing etc (Google Ads) to generate leads, and increase conversions.

Contacting and following up with new prospective Clients and setting up new business opportunities.

In some cases, Cold calling for sales of Primary properties.

Attending Clint's meetings & Participate in Negotiation meeting with buyer & Seller.

Qualifications: (For experience holder)

Candidates must be Smart, talkative by nature, pleasing personality.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics.

Familiarity with video editing tools.

Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
