Key Responsibilities:

·      Generating Sales Invoice & Purchase Invoice

·      Preparing E-way bill & E- Invoice

·      Stock Verification (Reconciliation of stock in the system daily)

·      Procurement of sales order

·      Liaison with distributors and SCM

·      Preparation of Ageing and generating weekly MIS reports as per requirement

·      Keeping a record of sales

·      Inventory control including defining slow and non-moving items

Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

·      Working knowledge of E-invoicing and E-way bill generation

·      Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software

·      Strong understanding of inventory management and stock reconciliation

·      Ability to prepare MIS reports and analyse data effectively
