E-Commerce Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE

All Star is expanding its presence on quick commerce platforms including Blinkit, Zepto, and similar fast-delivery services. We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage listings, coordinate stock, drive visibility, and grow sales through these platforms in Siliguri and surrounding areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•     Manage product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing on Blinkit, Zepto, and other quick commerce platforms

•     Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse/operations team to prevent stockouts

•     Track orders, resolve delivery issues, and coordinate with platform representatives

•     Analyse platform dashboards for sales data, returns, and performance metrics

•     Implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and visibility tools offered by platforms

•     Identify new platform opportunities and onboarding options in the region

•     Handle account health, ratings, and compliance requirements for each platform

•     Prepare weekly reports on platform-wise sales performance and issues

REQUIREMENTS

•     Any graduate degree (mandatory)

•     Basic understanding of how Blinkit, Zepto, or similar quick commerce apps work (as a user or seller)

•     Comfort with computers, smartphones, and online platforms

•     Attention to detail for catalogue management and data accuracy

•     Good coordination and follow-up skills

•     Ability to learn platform seller portals quickly

•     Prior experience in e-commerce operations, cataloguing, or marketplace management is an advantage

COMPENSATION

•     Fixed: Rs. 15,000/- per month

•     Incentive: 0.5% on fulfilled platform sales
