Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Career Counselling: Actively call warm leads to understand candidates' career goals and consultatively pitch our Digital Marketing courses as the ultimate solution.
• Drive Conversions & Walk-ins: Master the art of the pitch over the phone to invite prospects for center visits, handle face-to-face counter counseling, and close admissions.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain regular, structured follow-ups with pipeline leads, clear student doubts, and overcome sales objections.
• Hit Sales Targets: Consistently achieve weekly and monthly admission targets to maximize your monthly incentive payouts.

What We Are Looking For

• The Pitch: Flawless verbal communication and active listening skills in [English/Hindi/Bengali].
