Job Description
Role Summary
The Executive is responsible for supervising a group of employees, driving daily performance, and ensuring team goals align with company objectives. This role blends people management, operational oversight, and problem-solving to maintain productivity, quality, and morale.
Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and collective targets.
· Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.
· Facilitate training for new hires and ongoing skill development.
· Resolve interpersonal conflicts and foster a positive, inclusive team culture.
