Hiring: Team Leader – Blue Collar Staffing📍 Location: Kolkata, Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh & Assam (Travel Required) Can look into East zone

💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (CTC)

Job Responsibilities:✅ Lead and manage a team of recruiters for blue-collar hiring

✅ Handle bulk hiring for roles like warehouse , delivery boy, Pickers, Packers, Loaders, .

✅ Ensure timely fulfillment of client manpower requirements

✅ Coordinate with clients, vendors, sourcing partners, and field teams

✅ Manage candidate sourcing, onboarding, documentation, and joining processes

✅ Conduct hiring drives, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns

✅ Track team performance and recruitment targets

✅ Travel across East India for recruitment activities and client meetings

Eligibility:✔ Graduate in any discipline

✔ 3–8 years of experience in Blue Collar Recruitment / General Staffing

✔ Experience in bulk hiring and team handling

✔ Strong communication and client management skills

✔ Comfortable with frequent travel
