Job Description
Position: Customer Sales Specialist
Reporting To: Zonal Head
Role Overview:
Responsible for door-to-door sales, lead generation, product demonstrations, customer handling, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Door-to-door sales & field prospecting
- Product demo at customer homes
- Handle digital leads
- Build customer relationships
- Complete customer documentation & order collection
- Participate in BTL activities/events
- Achieve sales targets
Eligibility:
- 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma / ITI
- Freshers can apply
- Sales experience preferred
