Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a high energy, self motivated field sales executive to drive business growth by expanding our customer base. In this role, you will be the face of our company, working on the front lines to identify prospects, pitch our solutions, and close deals through face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities-

• Identify potential B2B or B2C clients through cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, and local market research.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations, tailoring your presentation to address the specific pain points of each prospect.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring all lead data and interactions are accurately logged in our reporting system.
• Establish strong, trust-based relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, referrals, and long-term brand loyalty.
• Keep a pulse on local market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to share with the internal team.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales volume.
