Job Description

Job Summary:

The F&B Captain supervises daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, high guest satisfaction, and adherence to hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate service staff during shifts
  • Ensure excellent guest service and handle complaints
  • Take and supervise orders for accuracy and timely delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards
  • Conduct briefings and guide team members

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in food & beverage service
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette
