Job responsibilities:
Guest check-in, Check-out, ensuring comfortable stay of the guests, handling payments, attending phone calls, collecting good reviews from the guests and other related tasks to ensure smooth operation of the hotel.
Position- Hostel Manager (Front Office Manager)
Location- Rashbehari (Kalighat), Kolkata
Criteria:
Male, age- 22-35 yrs (candidates from West Bengal will be preferred, but candidates from other states can apply)
Education- Diploma/Graduate or post-graduate
Job experience: min 2 yrs of experience in hotel, tourism, hospitality will be preferred
Skills- Communication skill in English, Hindi and Bengali is required. Should have customer handling experience.
Should have basic knowledge of computer.
