Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Fundraiser to join our team on a performance-based incentive model. In this role, you will engage directly with individuals, communities, and potential donors in the field to raise awareness about our mission and secure financial contributions.


The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, persuasive, and driven to achieve weekly targets. Responsibilities include approaching potential donors, clearly explaining the cause, building trust, maintaining records of interactions, and consistently meeting or exceeding fundraising goals.


This is a target-oriented role with no fixed salary, offering earnings up to ₹20,000 to per week as performance-based incentives, with weekly payouts based on results achieved. This opportunity is best suited for self-motivated individuals who are passionate about social impact and want to earn based on their effort and performance while gaining valuable field experience.
