- Doing marketing activity & generating leads of gold loan & eventually convert to business by bringing customer to branch
- Generation of daily new leads on own & customer calling for final pitch
- Support branch in overall gold portfolio growth
- Cross sell 3rd party banking products
- Ensure daily/weekly productivity
- Meeting gold productivity month on month
