Graphic Designer

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and experienced Graphic Designer for our growing DTF Heat Press and Kids Wear business. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of garment graphics, print-ready artwork preparation, and fashion-oriented kids wear designing. The candidate must be capable of creating attractive and market-trending designs suitable for DTF printing and heat transfer applications.

The role requires a designer who understands both creativity and production requirements. The candidate should have a good eye for color combinations, typography, layout balance, cartoon concepts, and modern kids fashion trends. The person should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where new concepts and designs are regularly required for production and customer demands.

The designer will be responsible for creating original graphics for kids T-shirts, baby wear, casual wear, matching sets, and various garment categories used in the DTF printing industry. The role also includes editing existing artworks, preparing print-ready files, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with the production team to ensure smooth execution of designs.

A strong command over designing software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop is compulsory. Candidates having previous experience in garment printing, textile graphics, DTF printing, sublimation, screen printing, or kids fashion designing will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

1. Designing for Kids Wear

The primary responsibility of the candidate will be to create creative and attractive graphics specially designed for kids wear garments. The candidate should understand current fashion trends in children’s clothing and should be able to create designs that appeal to both kids and parents.

Design categories may include:

• Cartoon-based graphics
• Typography designs
• Cute baby concepts
• Animal illustrations
• Gaming-inspired themes
• Superhero-inspired concepts
• Festival and seasonal collections
• Motivational and fun quotes
• Character-based graphics
• Trendy streetwear graphics for kids

The designer should be capable of developing unique concepts regularly and maintaining originality in artwork creation.

2. DTF Print-Ready Artwork Preparation

The candidate must have knowledge of DTF heat transfer printing processes and should be able to prepare artwork files accordingly. The designer should understand:

• Proper artwork sizing
• High-resolution file preparation
• Transparent background management
• Color separation basics
• Vector artwork creation
• CMYK and RGB understanding
• Print placement adjustments
• Image cleaning and enhancement

The designer should ensure that all files are production-ready and suitable for high-quality printing output.
