8. Attendance Machine (Finger, Face, ID)

10. Video Conferencing
11. WiFi Router, Access Point & Extender
12. Wired Networking Unmanaged & Managed with I/O Punching, RJ45 Crimping, Cable Tasting, RACK installation etc
13. EPABX/IPBX
14. PA Systems
15. POS Machines/ Bar Code Printer, Thermal Printer etc
16. Laptop Repairing like LCD/LED, Keyboard, SSD, RAM etc installation and configuration

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform field work by installing, configuring, and troubleshooting IT hardware, including computers, servers, printers, biometric systems, and network devices (both managed and unmanaged).

- Install and configure CCTV systems (analog and IP) and ensure proper functionality.

- Conduct routine maintenance and upgrades on client systems on-site, including printers (USB and network).

- Diagnose hardware issues and provide timely solutions during field visits.

- Configure software firewalls to enhance network security.

- Deliver excellent customer service while interacting with clients on-site.

- Document all service requests and resolutions accurately.

- Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex issues as needed.

- Stay updated with the latest hardware technologies and trends.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 2+ years of proven experience in IT hardware installation and troubleshooting.

- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, printers (including USB and network), biometric systems, and networking.

- Familiarity with software firewalls and network security protocols.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.

- Willingness to travel to client sites in designated locations.
