Job Description
- Recruitment & HiringPosting job vacancies on portals and social media
- Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with departments
- Conducting initial interviews and reference checks
- Employee OnboardingPreparing offer letters and appointment letters
- Completing joining formalities and documentation
- Explaining company policies and rules
- Conducting induction for new employees
- Payroll & AttendanceMaintaining employee attendance records
- Coordinating salary processing with accounts
- Managing leave records and overtime details
- Handling PF, ESI, gratuity, and statutory compliance
- Employee RelationsAddressing employee queries and grievances
- Maintaining healthy workplace culture
- Organizing engagement activities and events
- Supporting disciplinary actions when required
- HR AdministrationMaintaining employee files and HR records
- Updating HRMIS / employee database
- Preparing HR reports and monthly MIS
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws
