HR Generalist

📍 Location: Kolkata

💼 Experience: 2–5 Years

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (Based on Experience)

• Job Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process
• Employee engagement and grievance handling
• Attendance and leave management through HRMS (Keka)
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Issue offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and other HR documents
• Handle performance management and probation reviews
• Coordinate training and employee induction
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies
• Support employee retention and workplace discipline

• Requirements:
• Graduate/MBA in HR preferred
• 2–5 years of HR Generalist experience
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and HRMS (Keka preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple HR functions independently
