🎯 Purpose of the PositionThe HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to the business by driving end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, performance management, and administrative functions. The role is responsible for fostering a high-performance work culture, aligning HR strategy with business goals, ensuring full statutory compliance, and optimizing HR budgets and operational efficiency.
- 🔑 Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities1. Strategic HR & OperationsAssist Top Management in formulating HR strategies by conducting employee satisfaction surveys and analyzing workforce metrics.
- Design, implement, and communicate robust HR policies, procedures, and interventions across all locations to ensure standardization.
- Drive culture-building initiatives and establish reward & recognition programs to foster high performance.
- Maintain strict cost control over HR budgets, administrative expenses, and operational programs.
- 2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningLead end-to-end recruitment efforts to hire high-quality talent within agreed timelines and cost targets.
- Conduct regular manpower planning exercises aligned with organizational structure and business growth plans.
- Track recruitment metrics using HR dashboards and MIS to continually optimize hiring practices.
- 3. Performance Management & Talent DevelopmentDrive a uniform, transparent Performance Management System (PMS) across the organization.
- Develop and implement a balanced Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) process linked to business targets.
- Conduct training needs analysis, build annual training calendars, and evaluate post-training effectiveness to upscale employee productivity.
- Facilitate career development and succession planning to groom internal talent for future roles.
- 4. Compensation, Benefits & HRMS ManagementBenchmark internal compensation structures against market standards and recommend adjustments to senior management.
- Manage end-to-end HRMS processes via KEKA (leave, attendance, and employee records).
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly payroll inputs to the Finance/Accounts team.
- Manage employee exit processes, analyze attrition trends, and implement retention strategies.
- 5. Statutory Compliance & Employee RelationsEnsure strict adherence to labor laws and statutory provisions (PF, Gratuity, ESIC) and serve as the main liaison for regulatory bodies.
- Serve as a trusted counselor and grievance desk, addressing employee concerns promptly and promoting a healthy work environment.
- Oversee full annual employee engagement calendars in alignment with the allocated HR budget.
- 📐 Candidate Profile & QualificationsEducational BackgroundEssential: Graduate degree + MBA with specialization in Human Resources (or equivalent Post-Graduate qualification in HR/Personnel Management).
- Work ExperienceTotal Experience: 10 to 20 Years
- Industry Preference: Real Estate / Construction Industry (preferred)
- Functional Background: Comprehensive expertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll, and basic administrative management.
