HR Intern – Recruitment (Australian Process)

Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 3 Months Internship

Job Description:
Mavell Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring HR Interns (Recruitment) for our Australian international process. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in HR and gain real-time experience in recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates through job portals and social media
- Screening and shortlisting resumes
- Conducting initial telephonic interviews
- Scheduling interviews and follow-ups
- Maintaining candidate data and trackers
- Assisting in onboarding and documentation
Eligibility:
- Graduate / Pursuing graduation
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of HR/recruitment preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
Stipend & Benefits:
- Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 (based on performance)
- Internship Certificate after completion
- Hands-on experience in international BPO hiring
Walk-in Interview Details:
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturdays are Half Days)
