Job Description
- Junior HR Recruiter – ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls/interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate database / MIS reports
- Post job openings on various job portals and platforms
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining
- Assist in offer letter rollout and documentation
- Ensure smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain proper records of recruitment activities and reports
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
- Support senior HR in daily recruitment tasks
