About the Company:
AI-Recovery & High Value Services LLP is a professional firm specializing in insurance claim assistance, recovery services, and financial dispute management. We work with clients across India to ensure fair resolutions and effective support in claim-related matters.
Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and employee coordination. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to ensure the company attracts and retains the right talent. The candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and capable of handling multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Post job openings across portals, social media, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth joining formalities.
Candidate Sourcing & Database Management
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Use multiple sourcing channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals to find suitable profiles.
- Maintain proper records of applicants, interview feedback, and hiring status.
Employee Onboarding & Coordination
- Manage onboarding processes including offer letters, joining formalities, and induction sessions.
- Ensure proper documentation and personnel file maintenance for all employees.
- Coordinate between HR, Admin, and Operations for smooth integration of new hires.
HR Operations & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment status reports for management review.
- Assist in maintaining attendance, leave records, and other HR operational tasks as required.
- Support HR activities related to performance tracking, employee engagement, and compliance.
Compliance & Company Policy Adherence
- Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes follow company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the insurance, finance, or service sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple hiring tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Sunday: Fixed Off
