Job Description
- Job Description (JD)Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and corporate positions.
- Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract high-quality talent from leading organizations such as ABB, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Hitachi Energy, L&T, CG Power, Havells, and other relevant companies.
- Identify, approach, and engage passive candidates through ethical headhunting and talent mapping.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of experienced professionals and leadership talent.
- Plan and execute campus recruitment drives, internships, and graduate hiring programs with universities and engineering colleges.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate follow-ups to maximize offer acceptance.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining of new hires.
- Build employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring reports, talent databases, and recruitment metrics.
- Continuously improve hiring processes, reduce time-to-hire, and ensure quality hires.

- Experience3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring for manufacturing, electrical, industrial automation, EPC, power, or engineering companies.
- Hands-on experience in headhunting experienced professionals from competitor organizations.
- Experience conducting campus hiring, bulk hiring, and lateral recruitment.
- Strong network of engineering, sales, and technical professionals is highly preferred.
Salary₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on skills, experience, and interview performance).
