- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionHandle end-to-end recruitment for all positions across locations.
- Hire team members ranging from Executives to Senior Management positions.
- Build recruitment pipelines through job portals, consultants, references and networking.
- Conduct screening, interviews and candidate evaluations.
- Ensure timely closure of positions with quality hires.
- Performance ManagementDesign and implement KPI/KRA systems for all departments.
- Track daily, weekly and monthly employee performance.
- Monitor achievement of targets and business goals.
- Coordinate performance reviews and appraisal processes.
- Maintain performance dashboards and reports.
- Incentive & Reward ManagementDesign sales and performance incentive structures.
- Track incentive eligibility and payouts.
- Develop reward and recognition programs.
- Recommend incentive schemes that drive productivity while remaining within company budgets.
- Employee Engagement & RetentionPlan employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
- Organize birthdays, work anniversaries and festival celebrations.
- Improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Build a positive and growth-oriented work culture.
- HR Operations & AdministrationManage onboarding, induction and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate attendance, leave records and payroll inputs.
- Ensure HR policy compliance and administrative support across locations.
- MIS & ReportingAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Create and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
- Analyze hiring, retention, attendance and productivity data.
- Present actionable insights to management.
- Organizational DevelopmentDevelop career progression frameworks.
- Identify training and development needs.
- Support succession planning and leadership development.
- Help build scalable HR systems for a growing organization.
Required Skills
✔ Minimum 5 years of HR & Administration experience
✔ Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
✔ Experience hiring for managerial and leadership positions
✔ Experience designing incentive and performance management systems
✔ Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple locations and teams
✔ Leadership mindset with a hands-on approach
✔ Experience in Retail, Consumer Electronics, Distribution, Hospitality, FMCG or related industries preferred
